Commitment to Accessibility: Pearson’s Global Accessibility Policy Framework 

Recognizing that accessibility is a constantly evolving landscape, Pearson created a Global Accessibility Policy Framework to guide our accessibility strategy as technology and user needs change. The Policy Framework allows each Pearson business unit to create and implement policies and processes that align with their specific customers, geographies, and regulatory environments. Pearson’s commitment to disability equity will continue to be woven into our culture, content, services, development processes, innovation efforts, and partnerships. 

Level of Accessibility Compliance 

Website and Pearson Benefits Branded Downloadable PDFs 

As of March 25, 2026 

The Pearson Benefits USPearson Benefits UK, and the Pearson Benefits Global Hub websites and Pearson Benefits branded downloadable PDFs are compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, level AA Success Criterion (SC) and many level AAA (SC), satisfying all digital accessibility standards globally that require compliance with varying versions and levels of WCAG from WCAG 2.0 A to WCAG 2.2 AA. 

We will provide an updates Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) in April 2026.

Note: an archive of Reward Newsletters was added in 2025. Some of the earlier 2024 newsletters fail to meet compliance. All 2025 newsletters and beyond meet compliance. 

Third-Party Downloadable Documents

Third-party downloadable documents are non-compliant. If you require a downloadable document to be remediated, please email a request to benefits.answers@pearson.com.  Pearson is committed to making sure all of its benefits information is accessible for all of their people and have requested that our partners provide remediated documentation.
