We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new Benefits You App—your personal hub for all employee benefits, available right at your fingertips! Designed to give you convenient, 24/7 access, the app makes managing your benefits easier than ever before.

Key Features of the Benefits App Include:

  • Direct Access to the Benefits Platform: Log in to explore and make updates to your benefits

If you haven’t had a chance to explore the app yet, it’s easy to access! Download from the app store and enter the company code, Pearson1024UK, to log in.

Pension Plan | Answers at Your Fingertips

Your pension is the most valuable benefit you receive from Pearson, helping you save for a more comfortable future. To help you decide what you may need to save now for a comfortable life after work, Aviva’s Shape My Future tool can help you understand how much you might need in later life and the difference saving a little extra now could make. Visit the Information Centre to learn how major life events or prudent budgeting now may impact your pension later.

Annual Compensation Review | Check Your Data

During the Annual Compensation Review process, we want to ensure that all salary adjustments and bonuses are awarded accurately and on time. To make this successful, spend a few minutes reviewing and correcting (if necessary) your data. The system will be open from 4 November; for more details read the 2025 Annual Compensation Review.

Pearson Global WELL | Wellbeing for All

Pearson Global WELL powered by Unmind is a free wellbeing, digital therapy, and coaching platform designed by psychologists to help us understand and improve our wellbeing. It is available to all employees and completely confidential. Key features include:

  • 12 free, one-on-one therapy/coaching sessions per employee per year
  • More than 70 interactive courses to explore personal growth areas or overcome challenges
  • Resources to empower people leaders and so much more!

You’ll need your Employee ID to register for the platform. You can find your Employee ID by visiting the Hub > Fusion HR > Personal Info > Employment Info. Your personal number is your Employee ID.

Accessing the Unmind Platform:

  • Desktop: Navigate to the platform using the URL: https://Pearson.unmind.com/signup
  • Mobile Device: Visit the app store of your mobile device and download Unmind
  • Enter Pearson as your Company Name
  • Create an account using your Employee ID and create a password
  • Select your work department and location

How does Pearson Global WELL supported by Unmind differ from the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)?

Pearson will continue to offer the EAP as it provides access to various services aimed at improving personal wellbeing and addressing work-related issues. The EAP, available to Pearson employees and their household members, is designed to help employees with short-term challenges such as stress, legal issues, financial counselling, child and elder care concerns, and crisis situations (such as death of a colleague or natural disaster).

Pearson Global WELL supported by Unmind, available to Pearson employees only, is focused on therapy or coaching for longer-term mental health support. It provides a variety of resources to help you understand and improve your mental health and wellbeing. Regardless of which program you use, you can rest assured that both are free to you and completely confidential.
