World Suicide Prevention Day

10 September is World Suicide Prevention Day. The purpose of the day is to raise awareness around the globe that suicide can be prevented and is a call to action that encourages everyone to help reduce stigma around suicide and mental health. Unmind | Global Wellbeing Support
|
Unmind is a global online wellbeing platform, accessible via mobile app, desktop and via Teams (click on the three buttons on the left and look for the Unmind app). The platform houses features and content to help you measure and manage your mental health and wellbeing, including 12 free one-on-one therapy or coaching sessions. You can access content covering all sorts of areas, from managing stress, to sleeping better, to improving your focus and workplace coaching.

Aviva | Mental Health Pathway
|
The mental health pathway is a clinically driven approach to mental health support, providing a broad range of evidence-based treatment options. To start the process for treatment, call Aviva at the customer service helpline on 0800 056 4458, where one of the advisers will put you in contact with the clinical team for a thorough assessment. After the assessment, a therapist will advise of the most appropriate course of treatment.
